The February Adviterra Club provided a practical look at topics that entrepreneurs are dealing with most intensively at this time of year—financial statements, annual employee tax settlements, and personal income tax returns.

The meeting took place on February 3 at Adviterra and was held in an intimate, discussion-oriented atmosphere. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions about specific situations in their businesses and receive answers directly from experts.

The program opened with the topic of financial statements. Together with tax advisor Ľuboš Čandik, we looked at how to read financial statements correctly, what they really say about a company, and how banks view individual figures when assessing loans. This was followed by a discussion with Ján Svočák, who provided specific examples from practice and showed what decisions can affect the financial health of a company.

In the next section, we focused on annual employee tax settlements. Participants learned what to watch out for, which mistakes are most common, and what employers should have in place during this period to avoid unnecessary complications.

The club concluded with a discussion of personal tax returns and ways to simplify the entire process. We also presented new features of the Numiron system that help save time and reduce accounting costs.
