Many company executives are faced with the question of what remuneration to set for themselves – whether to stick with the minimum wage, opt for a lower remuneration, or go down the route of employment. The question of loans from the company also often arises – to charge interest on them or not?
At our workshop, we will show you practical calculations and compare the advantages and disadvantages of each option. You will learn the difference between the role of an executive and an employee, how the resulting tax and contribution burden changes at different remuneration levels, and what are the most common mistakes to avoid.

14.10. Workshop: Is self-employment still worthwhile for me?
The question of "sole proprietorship or limited liability company" is becoming increasingly important. Legislative changes over the years bring new conditions, and what was true until now may no longer be advantageous.
At our October workshop, we will look at specific examples comparing sole proprietorships and limited liability companies, explain the differences between active and passive income through copyright agreements, and show what the transition from a sole proprietorship to a company looks like in practice—from administrative complexity to changes in invoicing.
