Merger of companies

March 11, 2025 was a significant milestone for our company. In addition to changing our business name, we also merged all our companies under the Adviterra brand. The newly established company Adviterra s. r. o. thus became the legal successor to the companies (mini.TaxWise s.r.o., be.TaxWise s.r.o., my.TaxWise s.r.o., and TaxWise Advisory s.r.o.).

VAT application

All contractual relationships with clients remain valid after the merger. The only change is that 23% VAT is added to the final price, as Adviterra s.r.o. is a VAT payer.

Reduction in the prices of accounting packages

Based on internal analysis, we have concluded that we can process the accounting of non-VAT payers more efficiently than the accounting of VAT payers. Therefore, we have decided to slightly reduce the prices of accounting packages in order to at least partially compensate our clients for the increase in costs caused by the introduction of VAT.

New price list for accounting packages:
  • up to 20 accounting items – €35
  • up to 40 accounting items – €62
  • up to 60 accounting items – €90
  • up to 80 accounting items – €116
  • up to 100 accounting items – €140
  • each additional accounting item – €1.10
Other services:

Prices for consulting, payroll services, and closing operations (DPPO, DzMV, annual employee tax settlement) remain unchanged. However, VAT will be added to them.
