Merger of companies
March 11, 2025 was a significant milestone for our company. In addition to changing our business name, we also merged all of our companies under the Adviterra brand.
Transaction tax and number of items for invoicing
From April 1, 2025, a new law on financial transaction tax, known as transaction tax, will come into force in Slovakia. The tax rate is 0.4% and applies to most debit transactions, with the exception of tax payments, contributions, and card payments.
